The Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated or agreed upon. If you need your order expedited, please specify your desired timeframe and we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of checkout.
We endeavour to have all products listed on our website in stock, with accurate and correct pricing.
Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days depending on availability and receipt of payment authorisations for purchases. If an item is out of stock or we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will advise as soon as possible a revised turnaround time. Otherwise, we may offer an agreed alternative item or full refund if necessary.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final.
Ronnie John does not offer refund or exchange for change of mind. If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving your item/s. Please include your order confirmation number and the reasons why you are unhappy with your order.
If you receive an item that is proven faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, Ronnie John will happily exchange or refund this for you, free of any charges.
Faulty or damaged product is to be returned to Ronnie John for inspection prior to receiving a refund or exchange. Please email email@example.com for return address information.
If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information provided by you, or you have failed to collect your parcel from your local post office or delivery centre, Ronnie John is not liable for the re-postage of your order.
