VENQUE’s Duffle Pack 1.0: offering two ways of carrying. It’s the only duffle bag you’ll ever need whether you’re traveling or hitting the gym. Like all of our bags, we design every single piece from scratch, using our signature Quanta fabric, two handle directions, and seat belt grade straps. You can put all of your travel clothes and gear into this bag.
Duffle Pack 1.0 has an external slide-through compartment that you can hook onto your luggage handle, making it easier to carry with your luggage. This bag is not simply for travel use: this is also a gym bag. It comes with a shoe organiser that fits your shoes, or your gym gear.
The organiser has a waterproof interior – nothing can leak from this pouch. We understand that sometimes it’s difficult to carry your duffle with one hand or on one shoulder, so we designed two straps that can hook onto your duffle, converting your duffle into a backpack.

Yes, as long it is an approved parcel delivery PO Box. Please check with your provider.
What happens if my items get lost in transit?
Please contact Australia Post and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipment confirmation email. If the carrier can’t locate your items, we’ll lodge an enquiry on your behalf.

Returns and Exchanges
Ronnie John does not offer refund or exchange for change of mind. If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase please email info@ronniejohn.com.au within 3 business days of receiving your item/s. Please include your order confirmation number and the reasons why you are unhappy with your order.
If you receive an item that is proven faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, Ronnie John will happily exchange or refund this for you, free of any charges.
Faulty or damaged product is to be returned to Ronnie John for inspection prior to receiving a refund or exchange. Please email info@ronniejohn.com.au for return address information.
If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information provided by you, or you have failed to collect your parcel from your local post office or delivery centre, Ronnie John is not liable for the re-postage of your order.
