Yes, as long it is an approved parcel delivery PO Box. Please check with your provider.
What happens if my items get lost in transit?
Please contact Australia Post and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipment confirmation email. If the carrier can’t locate your items, we’ll lodge an enquiry on your behalf.

Returns and Exchanges
Ronnie John does not offer refund or exchange for change of mind. If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase please email email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving your item/s. Please include your order confirmation number and the reasons why you are unhappy with your order.
If you receive an item that is proven faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, Ronnie John will happily exchange or refund this for you, free of any charges.
Faulty or damaged product is to be returned to Ronnie John for inspection prior to receiving a refund or exchange. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return address information.
If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information provided by you, or you have failed to collect your parcel from your local post office or delivery centre, Ronnie John is not liable for the re-postage of your order.
