Outlery is made with SS304 which is the finest grade of stainless steel. The inner tray is made with silicone, outer box with recycled tin and all the packaging is made with recycled cardboard.

Assembling it is easy. Each piece is CNC milled and screws in seamlessly to perfection.

Enjoy your food guilt free!

Once you are done with your meal, just pour some water and wipe it clean with a napkin before storing it back in the tin box.

How to clean your Outlery

Before first use:

Wash your cutlery with mild detergent under tap water.

How to clean on-the-go?

After using your Outlery, simply rinse/dip in water and wipe clean with a napkin.

How to clean at home?

We recommend giving your Outlery a good wash every weekend. Wash the cutlery with a mild detergent under tap water. We suggest sterilizing the silicone tray in boiling water to remove oils, food odor and bacteria. You can also use a dishwasher to clean your set.

Returns and Exchanges

Ronnie John does not offer refund or exchange for change of mind. If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase please email info@ronniejohn.com.au within 3 business days of receiving your item/s. Please include your order confirmation number and the reasons why you are unhappy with your order.

If you receive an item that is proven faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, Ronnie John will happily exchange or refund this for you, free of any charges.

Faulty or damaged product is to be returned to Ronnie John for inspection prior to receiving a refund or exchange. Please email info@ronniejohn.com.au for return address information.

If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information provided by you, or you have failed to collect your parcel from your local post office or delivery centre, Ronnie John is not liable for the re-postage of your order.
