Ronnie John does not offer refund or exchange for change of mind. If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase please email within 3 business days of receiving your item/s. Please include your order confirmation number and the reasons why you are unhappy with your order.

If you receive an item that is proven faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, Ronnie John will happily exchange or refund this for you, free of any charges.
